Villa Botanic | Pool | Ping Pong | Fireplace

The villa is pleasant but needs improvement. Positive: I liked the house decoration Negative: The air conditioning is inadequate, with only one portable A/C unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. Maintenance personnel also entered the property without prior notice or authorization to carry out pool maintenance, despite having several hours between the previous guests’ check-out at 11:00 a.m. and our check-in at 5:00 p.m. In addition, many of the small tiles in the pool are broken, which is unsightly and could pose a risk of cuts to hands and feet. During our stay, the water supply was interrupted, and we discovered that the house does not have a water tank; the water is supplied directly from the street\.
